Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I was depositing money and the machine ate my money and my card and did not put the money in my account. This is not the first time I’ve had issues depositing money at the drive up ATM’s. I would not recommend this location.

I just want to say the people have never been rude. But for a bank not to have a drive thru, close early & to walk in and be told they only have one teller- and she is on her lunch and you need to wait 15 minutes to make a deposit for someone else (couldn’t put in ATM) this bank needs to rethink some things... How about train someone sitting in those offices to cover for the tellers while their on lunch? I know they sometimes have 2 but they should have backups for times like this. Maybe stay open later for all the people that have jobs? Just an idea....

Is awesome I needed to make a payment and it took me less than one minute I even came on a Saturday other branches are really busy This branch is not as packed as other branches I’ve gone some branches like on Black Hawk and Wood Ridge and there’s an hour wait there’s a giant line and there’s no staff this location is very very good it’s almost the best kept secret professional staff but there’s not a lot of people there’s no way that the lobby and I’ve had a great experience every time I go here

I would give zero if I could. Rosie the teller is extremely rude and has a horrible attitude. I stopped going to that bank and started going to Pearland Parkway Barack and she started picking up hours there as well. I am going to close my account with BOA simply because I have other options as a consumer. I have banked with them and 2 others for more than 10 years. Chase and Wells Fargo have way better customer service.goodbye BOA.

These guys never pickup their phone, I am only trying to shut an account or two. Once, I had two home loans, two car loans, trading account, safety deposit box, few bank accounts (three) and few credit card. Now I only have safety deposit box and two bank accounts, In a week or two, I will have no relationship with BOA and they won’t be able to nickel and dime me anymore. Chase is the “Best” bank period. Oh Yaa, whenever I first opened BOA checking/savings account, BOA employee put Sr. as my title. I asked him to remove it; however, he argued that it should remain in place as Sr.,,,,, So now I go as "Rohan Sr" at the Bank of America branch (what is that "say" ?? - "You don't know you self as well as you think you do". something like that.
