I had a bad experience with the assistant manager I asked her about a manual for my truck and she informed me that what I was looking for would be in the trucks manual I bought the manual and what I was looking for was not in the manual so I went to return it and she told me I would have to come back on tomorrow and talk to the store manager to get a full refund wasting gas and time she is the store manager she can authorized a full refund the manager name was Kendra she was very rude and unprofessional
