Frustrating at its best! Waitress took our order and disappeared for about 45 min. We didn't get our drinks until I personally went to the bar my self and met with a rude bartender who refused to make my drink because he didn't have our waitresses "ticket" even after I told him I'd been waiting a long time. The waitress, the bartender, the whole experience was horrible. As if it wasn't enough, the next day we found out the waitress changed us an extra 50.00 for her tip! We had to drive back days later, speak to a manager (waited 30 min for that) and finally fix her stupid mistake. I will never never come here again.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I recently went in and saw roaches .. In the kitchen/dining area. Took pictures, notified the manager. He replied, that's just our friends!! The staff there is The worst. There was a bad smell coming from the video game area. When I got closer, I noticed it was a dead mouse. Food is gross and only good thing that night was the cheap drinks. It only took 45min to get to the table. This place needs a health inspection and total new management!!

Went for Monday night football when Texans were playing. Ordered as soon as the game started. Wings.... couldn't muster up a batch of wings by half time nor anything else my table of 4 ordered. Manager knew by 2 minutes into the 2nd quarter and said they were just about up... lies ... Ended up leaving after waiting over an hour and a half. Table next to us waited 2 hours for an appetizer plate. Horrible waste of a night and now my tummy hurts. Ended up going to taco bell because I simply couldn't wait another minute to eat. I'm just blown away that they aren't out of business... yet
