WARNING WARNING WARNING The Life at Beverly Palms was not the life for me! Yes these apartments have been up graded but with a lot of underlying problems such as mice infestation, huge spiders, bugs, roaches, that pest control can not resolve!!! I stayed in apt 281 for 10 month and decided I will no longer pay 1,200... The spiders are huge and these apartments are not safe to stay in especially if you have infants and kids! As everyone can see each day was a battle it was like living in a jungle... I'm just stress out just even from the thought!!!!! You been warn do not move here!!!
