I've been here a year.. as humans they do their best to help people out that rent. Recently we have new owners, so new rules. Of course. Thankfully they kept the ppl that were already here. I appreciate the staff n everyone who works cause at one point I struggled. I don't have any complaints. I have the more expensive, bigger room with animals n I work at whataburger across the street.

No hot water going on theee days and the service and room keeping is awful you get what you pay for not to mention everyone that works here lives here . Good place to find dope
