Medical Screening Clinic

When creating my account the women at the counter Melissa asked for my social ( i know this is not a requirement ) and asked her 3 times if it was and every time she was short answer dismissive and told me its necessary to create a account - i gave it to her however it made me very uncomfortable- I asked another worker and she told me it is as well Finally i spoke to the manager and she gave me the same answer until i told her i know its not required by law and she wiped my social from my account-

This place is a joke. Very unprofessional!! I've had to retake this test three times. Inconclusive my job depends on this.... This place should be shut down......

Personnel are friendly and efficient, office is clean. I have been going to these doctors for years and they have been excellent. Sometimes they are very busy, but worth the wait.

A man in the lab was aggressive and demanding while yelling. He did not maintain 6 feet from me and rushed towards me demanding me to check out while I was waiting for my spouse. The facility is incredibly outdated as well. Looks unsanitary and very old. Thankful I will never have to return here.

The Phlebotomists who refers as her self as D when I asked her name. (With brown curly hair ) was very Rude and unprofessional. She asked me for my paperwork with Mayo in her mouth and food on her other hand. Once in the lab room she removed the needle and didnt let me know she was finished, when I asked she proceed to tell me if I wasnt done I wouldnt of taken out the needle. I was already nervous about getting blood work done and she only made the process much worse for me.
