The Pasadena Texas Dentist: Michael Nugent DDS

My first visit with Dr. Nugent was a pleasant experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I appreciated Dr. Nugent's honesty about needed treatment. He didn't push unnecessary work. I'll definitely be back for my routine cleaning.

Dr. Nugent has been my dentist for years! Dr. Nugent and his staff are always welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He is great with patients of all ages. He is down to earth and outs you at ease. Dr. Nugent is always continuing education in dentistry and learning all the new techniques and services to offer his patients. I cant say enough about Dr. Nugent and his staff. Definitely go see Dr. Nugent for all your dental needs!

Dr. Nugent is very personable and courteous. I had a consult with him yesterday and he referred me to an Oral Surgeon. I cannot wait to get back to him for his preparation to replace my teeth.

After using Dr. Nugent for many years we have changed dentist. I had a new crown put on and was in for a cleaning a few months later and told Dr. Nugent that the new crown didn’t feel right. He laughed and told me to floss. I was shocked by this and didn’t know what to say. After getting home and thinking about it, I was very bothered that I expressed an issue and felt completely disregarded. I called his office the next day about what happened and was told that Dr. Nugent is awkward at times and they suggested I see the other dentist at the practice. I kind of thought that after being a patient of over 10 years that we might get a call from him, but never did. We decided to change dentist and when I went in for my cleaning and they did X-rays, there was a problem with the new crown and had to be removed and get a new crown. The crown was less than a year old so I had to pay out of pocket for another new crown. I believe that if Dr. Nugent had even taken a minute to look at the crown when I mentioned the problem that it could have saved me the pain and cost of the replacement of a crown that was less than a year old. Very disappointed!
