Been coming here for over two years always a good job. When we needed a hat cleaned for a funeral they did an excellent job (it looked new straight out of Cavenders). Never any issues.

I took my wool winter coat to be dry cleaned 3 weeks ago. When I picked it up, I noticed that the fragrance was very strong. I took it home and had to leave it in the garage because the fragrance was so overpowering. I hung it outside on a windy day for the daylight hours and the fragrance was still strong enough that I had to leave it in the garage. When I took it back to Vina Cleaners, the owner was rude and shouted at me twice, "No problem!" For two days after I returned it to the cleaners, the fragrance was still strong in my garage when the coat wasn't even there. They dry cleaned it again at no charge. When I picked it up the second time, it seemed that the fragrance wasn't as strong as the first time but still strong enough that I couldn't keep it in my house. Again, I left it in the garage. I've now taken it to another cleaners but they couldn't guarantee that they could get the fragrance out. I'm to pick it up this afternoon.
