Be prepared to spend a minimum of 6 hours here. 3 hours were spent waiting to get onto the scale then waiting for loading paperwork while sitting on the scale. Another 3 hours were spent waiting on the API coupler that was being used at another rack to unload trucks. Really? Only 1 coupler? Are you surprised tanker trucks come into a bulk storage facility to load or unload? Back here again 2 weeks later and waiting 4 hours in the middle of the night for a rail car to be loaded before I will get loaded. The train engineer is not sitting here burning his 14 hour clock like the truck driver is. Priorities. Thanks Kinder Morgan.

Easily 45 minutes to verify paperwork to load. Another 30-45 minutes on ppw to leave. The guard asks for license even though you have twic. Plan on spending 3 hrs here even without somebody ahead of you.

The security guard treats everyone really disrespectful, you drive next to the guard shack, and he will ignore you, and when you get out of the vehicle he states that you can't leave the vehicle there!!?? Then he will request company logos and so on, believe me it's a complete nightmare to go in and out!!!
