My mother and I came to get her SIM card switched since we previously were sprint customers. Samantha, the employee that helped us, inserted the new card into my moms phone and then it immediately started glitching. She started an update on my moms phone without telling us so we had to sit and wait for that to happen, after it updated my moms phone froze and she violently started tapping at my moms screen. She then proceeded to tell us that we needed to take my moms phone to a repair shop even though it was working perfectly fine when we brought it in. When we asked to see the manager she got an attitude with us and it took him all of 30 seconds to get my moms phone working again. He informed us that “we wouldn’t let y’all leave without a working phone” even though his employee told us twice that we should take it to a repair shop. This is my first experience with T- Mobile and it was definitely not a good one.

Worst customer service ever, I waited outside for 20 min, worst manager EVER, her name is Adrianne and she is disrespectful, rude and refused to talked to me. Employees are useless and ignore people.

Miriam is the way to go when coming to this locatIon!! She was super helpful and very patient. Josue the manager was very helpful as well! Over all very good experience at this location!!!!
