This dealer put the passwords on my phone without I knowing it and then I took the phone to him to unlock the passwords he would not remove it, All I want is to lower the plan because the phone is working very poor, I am not even used 1 GB a month plus with the other 2 phones I have and this phone is using my home WIFI when I am out on the road this phone hardly even work I have no use for unlimited minutes plan just need to lower to 5 GBs a month which it's only " $10 " less a month I am retired woman stay at home no need that much air time I went to another PCS they can't help me because he put the passwords on it and no one can access my phone I never had problem with PCS before not even them will help, So please be aware perhaps it might be something else he'll put in your device next time I was not happy with the service so I design not to keep the phone I can't pay for something I can't use.
