My wife wanted a Grand Cherokee so we headed for Bayway Pasadena. In 2018 I bought my Wangler from them after a bad experience at Clearlake Dodge. She found the one she wanted and we came back to get it on Monday. Small miscommunication was made about it having LED light. Our team (that right we had a team sales staff) searched high and low and found exactly what she wanted in Palestine TX. They went there and got it for her. They went out of there way to make her happy when other dealerships would have said “sorry we don’t have it” and sent us packing. This is a class A dealership built around making the customer happy. Thank you guys!!!

We had an excellent customer service experience with sales representative, Mr. Randy Villareal. Randy paid attention to all our needs and recommended the right RAM 2500 truck for us. He also worked with all our constraints to get us financed. Strongly recommend Randy to other customers. We want to buy a new mini van with Randy soon.

Cheyenne reis is one of the best service ladies there !! She completely helped me out with getting my car in & out , same day fix.
