Nestle Toll House Cafe By Chip

I purchased a sandwich and cookies on my visit. Everything was extremely fresh! The staff was excellent! I definitely will be going back! I love the atmosphere!!!

July 5, 2012 Edit Nestle Toll House Cafe By Chip super gross crossiant by seshab76 (1 review) crossiant sandwhich - I visited this location about a month ago and ordered a crossiant sandwhich. I was halfway through and noticed that the sandwhich was all mildewed on the bottom to the point where it was all green and fuzzy. GROSS.Spoke to the manager Julie and she said she would give me a gift card and to my surprise it was only $10 and for that experince I thought it should have been more than the meal I purchased considering I actually at it. Wow! Just wow! I do not understand how people can work in the food service industry and not have ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I was placing an order online for a cookie cake and called in to make sure it wasn't going to come out pink like the colors on the birthday example being that cake was for a man. When the woman picked up I could barely understand what she said, I guess she mumbled something like "nestle toll house" and as I was attempting to ask my question she just hung up. Needless to say I did not finish placing my order with them. Instead, I remembered that Kroger makes cookie cakes, turns out the same 12" cookie cake I was ordering online at Nestle was actually $9.99 at Kroger compared to Nestles $27.99 for a simple basketball hoop cake that said "Happy Birthday" on it. HA there goes all of my business. They are definitely not worth the markup or the name. Also, inside this "Nestle Tollhouse" there's a "sub shop" don't even bother, they have about 5 choices of subs, i believe it's the owners attempt to generate some kind of profit since every time I pass by (about twice a day) there is no one EVER there.
