I love the fact that this places have so much tradition in it. I love that they add the Mexican decor. The only thing thats missing is the music and the smiles. Though I understand, those ladies are so fast and sometimes I feel they must get so tired. El Bolillo is the only place I get Pan Dulce in and Bolillos con Queso y Jalapeo. I drive about an hour just to come in. Now a days Im just glad my business is like 2 min away so I can swing by on my way home to take to my family for their Cafe con Leche I love the smell of bread there. The Fresas con Crema and Jellos are Boomb My Partner and I go at lunch to get our Dessert or Pan Dulce for our customers.

El Bolillo is super delicious. Cool . The only BAD thing is that they don't have much variety of bread on Doordash. if not consume more often. That's why I just take away a little star. The tortillas are super delicious.
They need better service too
