I felt that they did a great job with my dog. Normally we would have to sedate him, but they managed without. Yeah, no credit cards is weird but that's Paris TX. So I write a check. It's not the end of the world. My dog did come home traumatized. He was played with and petted entirely too much. Took days of treating him like a dog again to get over that mess. Seriously, they are a small shop with a staff of caring people. I have never boarded there but while the boarding room smelled of dog I did not find it much worse than any kennel.

We take our pit bull to Brenda about every 4 weeks and have for approximately a year. We tried another groomer once, but will only use Brenda in the future! Our dog was so traumatized after the other groomer, it took a long time for him to get back to normal. Our dog gets happy and excited as soon as he knows he’s going to her. He flys out of the car and runs to her door! He also is as excited to see her as he is when he sees us. When we use a blow dryer, he gets so excited thinking Brenda is there. Perhaps her business doesn’t smell as fresh as we would like, but speaking from experience, it is very difficult to keep an older place odor free. Brendas place has been in business a long time, which only shows what a good consistent job she has done for many years. Yes she may be a little more expensive than some, but she does an excellent job with our baby, he loves her and he comes home happy after every visit. What more could you ask for?!
