OfficeMax - Print & Copy Services

The employees there walk around with no urgency...there were employees in the store....not at the checkout...had to ask someone to assist me after waiting about 5-10 minutes.

Kayla in the print center was amazing. First off, her personality is superb. Secondly, she went ahead and processed my order even though I arrived to the store before it was due -- my mistake. Without any hesitation, she processed my order and maintained a great attitude while doing it. We even commented on the music playing above and how infectious it was. Thank you, Kayla -- the prints came out exactly as needed!

I went to OfficeMax looking for file cabinets with three drawers once I found the one that I did like and I didn’t want I made sure to ask a customer service rep if they had the one that I wanted the man told me that yes they had more than one in the bag and that they were all in lock up I went back the next day and he said that they no longer had any why would you tell someone that you have multiple of the same item that they would like if you did not really have them this was completely unprofessional and I will not be shopping with him anymore
