As an event planner, this is not a vendor I recommend using for events. There were several frustrating moments not only for me, but my client as well. Upon booking, we were misquoted by the company and required to pay more after my client had paid the invoice in FULL. They admitted to quoting the invoice incorrectly, and still hassled for more payment. We found this to be incredible wrong to do. When discussing this concern, they recommended giving a refund and use a different company instead... They were very concerned about tipping the drivers and making sure they were taken care of through the whole process, instead of making sure our clients were taken care of more. They had good communication the week prior to the event, as well as during the event to keep us in the loop of where the vans/drivers were at. They were dressed professional and provided the service we needed for the event. However, my clients and myself were very disappointed at the end of the event. As the coordinator, I told the Lady Limo drivers they can cut their service at 11pm, and not to worry about the rest of the guests. I mention that those guests that stayed past 11pm can ride the trolley or catch a ride home. I was extremely frustrated to hear that at 11:15pm that the drivers were telling the guests to get in the vans and leave. They told guests to load up and leave right then. It was not at the discretion of the drivers to determine when the guests wanted to leave, but went ahead and forced them to leave. My bride and groom were not ready to cut their wedding short because the drivers wanted to be done for the night. They completely went against what I had instructed them and/or how to handle the rest of the evening. My clients were not happy with this and said it "killed the night" for them. When my client received the invoice the following day, they had a MANDATORY tip. My client had already given CASH tips to all drivers prior to the end of the evening. However, I guess the cash tips my clients gave weren't enough for Lady Limo. It is ridiculous that a company requires a tip on the invoice, AFTER they were already given one in person. Again, this company is constantly hassling for money. They were overpriced for the quality of the work.

Had Lady Limo take care of us for New years Eve. Professionalism at its best. Car was waxed and shined up as usual. Took care of us all evening and had a great time. Highly recommend for any event of trip. Will be using again real soon!!!!!

Took Christmas lights tour with grandkids in Paris, Texas. We enjoyed the trip and the hot chocolate. Great fun!
