Star-Net

I never had bad luck with star net .... There speeds were great at the start .... and then they did slow down...They are the 5th provider I have used and it is common for them all to start out real good !!!...and then the speeds slow down!!!.... I'm ready to see if my new company does the same ...The reason I left starnet is because, my new provider was offering greater speeds for the same money.... I have also installed a 65' tower to help with my service.... When you live out in the country service is poor for all providers.....

Istarted out being a great service and now poor service not open on tuesday or thursdays and cant get ahold if them have been without internet for 5 days now tried calling yesterday but could not get ahold of them

It used to be good, seems like nobody cares about the customers anymore, it's definitely not worth what we're paying, every 5 seconds I have to pause Netflix and wait 1 minute to watch another 5 seconds.

Finnally!! Starnet has hired IT tech and new installer.past 2 yrs was told my wireless security cameras was interfering my signal,so took it never get past a 2 mg so I got gen5 and was big mistake because of there streamer program throttles speeds so ultra can't tell.after getting new service with Starnet and new IT tech said change channel on router,boom!!! 7.2 7.3 and I can view ultra HD with Starnet!! Great job guys.
