Ordered my granddaughter a snack basket with a unicorn balloon but didnt get a unicorn balloon and it was suppose to be $45 for basket and $6 for balloon a total of $70 totally not worth that much so disappointed will use a different florist next time

We are so sorry about your unforunate experience, and we are so sorry about the balloon not being the correct one. We will be crediting the balloon back to your credit card. A 45.00 snack basket, a 6.00 mylar, a 10.00 delivery, and tax, with our credit card fee, comes out to 68.51. So, you were charged correctly. I regret that you didn't call us when you were displeased. We would have been very happy to right any wrongs.
