Terrible! I left my 80-year old mother a CLEAN pool with brand-new pump two weeks ago. I thought I would try and suggest this company as a weekly service. She just got hit with a $1000 bill to "make the water clear" by draining it halfway etc. Idiots! Sure, it's fair game if you take advantage of old people and women, etc, who don't work on pools. You can get away with it. But is it right? No, it is criminal.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Signed in for service due to taking care of pool got too much for me. When I signed up my pool was in great working order. All of a sudden I got yellow algae in my pool, never had this before ever+!!! Tech said he had no idea why all of a sudden I had this. I get a phone call saying they are refunding my money and dropping me as a client after giving my pool yellow algae!!!!!!! Owner trying to say I originally had yello algae in my pool. Nope, thank gosh I have videos and pictures time stamped for when I go to court showing my pool the day I signed up for s2evice and now!! DO NOT USE!!

07/30/2020: I cancelled my new pool contract due to breach of contract and lies. Therefore, I asked for my deposit money back, but it has been a month and still have not received a firm response from the owner when I can get my money back. The owner Chris keeps giving me excuses and excuses, lies and lies, for why my money is not available to refund me. This is ridiculous and very frustrating. As of right now 09/16 after I sent Christopher Demand letter for my money back, he still has not responded or given me an update when he will return my money. 10/02/2020: Chris is cleaning his store and about to shut down his store.
