        Did not do the work they said they would, unless you are there there to make sure. They said they would make it right at the end, lies. The people in the office yell at you, tell you things like be a man, tell you more lies, cuss at you. I have pictures to prove the lack of work they did, or the wrong work. Will not give me a itemized bill. I would highly recommend going with another company.

      Hi Jerry,It is unfortunate that you feel the way you do. We installed a quality roof on your home and you signed a completion form acknowledging you were fully satisfied with the work when the job was complete. When it came time to pay the remaining balance, that you agreed to pay per our signed contract, you did not want to honor your obligation. The woman in our office that you aggressively approached, simply asked that you pay your bill, or leave the premises due to your hostile behavior. If the claims of improper work were creditable, surely the judge who presided over this case, would have agreed with you. With the judgement being awarded fully in our favor, I believe it is clear we did nothing wrong. We are sorry to hear that asking you to pay for the work and materials you received, made you so unhappy. Moving forward we wish you the best, and ask that you refrain from slander and false claims about our business.-MDRR Management-
