CALL THEIR TOLL FREE NUMBER! (I put this first because a number of reviews I read were saying they couldn't get a hold of anyone) on to my review: I used their website to order a choke cable for my 2007 Honda Shadow Sabre and after I ordered I looked at their google reviews and got nervous. About a week after I submitted my order I hadn't heard from them and my order was still pending. I gave their main number a call and I got their voicemail and it was full. I was beginning to panic. I called the toll free number and got a hold of a guy in the parts department. He found my order and my part was in the shipment they received that day and he got it shipped. I received my part about a week later (yesterday). I looked up a couple videos on choke cable replacement and I just got my bike back together. I guess the moral of this review is to just be patient and call if you get worried. I didn't like the lack of communication from them when it seemed like nothing was happening... An e-mail to say it was ordered would have been nice or an estimated delivery date... But overall it was great!

Blackwater Prepper
Ordered parts for a customer's atv. They did say that shipping would take a little longer than usual. I don't fault them for that with the current supply chain issues. They had one part in stock and the other part on backorder slated to be there Nov 4, 2021. I sent an few emails looking for updates and never got a response. Finally called then on Nov 7,2021 and they said the backorder was pushed to dec. 6. Never bothered to send me an update stating that so I could let my customer know. I told them to cancel the one part and send me the part they had. It showed up 4 days later and the refund took longer, however the refund only included the price for the part, not the extra shipping and tax. I called and they tried to say that $30 shipping sounded reasonable for the part I received. They also said ups charges them a minimum of $17. I'm not going to bother with it anymore. They can keep the shipping and tax. That should make up for the hundreds of dollars that they WON'T make off of me in the future.
