Been trying to get ahold of them for 2 weeks. I've left multiple voice-mail and still can not get a call back.

Do not call these guys to install anything! I had serious doubts that they would successfully install my mini split a/c unit after watching them attempt to install. After they installed it, it hasn't worked right from that day, made another attempt to get it right, no success. They told me it was a warranty issue, they couldn't figure out what the problem, so I ordered another compressor, had it delivered. I made many attempts for them to come install the unit, and nobody answers the phone, texts, and won't return my calls or texts. I have since heard, after a little research that this is par for this company to ignore you when there's a problem. Very unprofessional. Service: Install AC
