I was a member at this bank for at least a year. I was trying to order spectrum phones but it wouldâ€™ve overdrafted my account I asked the lady to override it seeing as I have Direct deposit.The lady told me no she could not do it because of my overdraft protection stops my account and $300. Instead she waits a week then overdraft the account anyway and donâ€™t even know where she sent the money she could have sent it to herself she moved $246 plus the $38overdraft fee .That was almost a month ago Iâ€™ve been trying to reach the manager or owner they say they gave him my number to call me but I never received a phone call I believe these people are a scammers. I have never seen or heard of a bank going in your account without your permission or your concern at the time that they go in to your account. I really just want my money returned because this is wrong on so many levels
