This property lacks communication! I have made an attempt to request information from a deposit made Jan 7th, & still have no clue where it is, & neither does the staff! Definitely not a company I want to do business with!

Update: don't buy the auto response. Once again, we're 2 weeks now waiting on them to fix an issue. They still don't communicate. 0 calls, 0 updates. They do not care! Also, they're system glitched and double charged us this month. We have been told they DO NOT take money orders and payments are online only. And now that they're system has messed up, we're told there's nothing they can do, and we just have a credit for next month. We are in December! Thanks to this company, we will NOT be having much of Christmas this year.
Disappointed is an understatement. We've been here for a few months now. First, the move in process was a nightmare! Nothing was ready when they said it would be, and we had to wait almost a month past the original date they said it would be ready. We've had to call maintenance several times and they are extremely unprofessional! They do not clean up after themselves, they are rude, and they've yet to actually fix the problem. Communication from management is non existent. They also refuse to tell us when maintenance is coming or communicate to us what maintenance findings are. I would not recommend. Avoid at all costs!
