Would give zero starts if I could owners refuse to care for the residents let them go without water for months let the units fall apart and refused to answer tenants trying to reach out for answers. They didn't even care enough to show up to court when the city sued them for the no water. Now people are losing their homes and no one is taking financial responsibility for this yet they kept telling tenants to pay rent this whole time because that's all they cared about
