Overhead Door

They lack communication skills. I called them a week ago for them to come out and fix our companies bay door. They told me it would be 1-2 days. I called them after 3 days of not having anyone show up. Then they said it would be another day. Again, no one shows up. I call AGAIN and now theyre saying at the end of the week. I understand being understaffed and not having someone able to come out asap but it would be nice to have someone call back and let us know what is going on.

If ur looking for workers who are rude and disrespectful some place to not fix what u call about over tighten stuff and leave other stuff not tighten at all and ur door falling off the rails not considered emergency this is the place for you please call overhead door for all ur needs.

Very irresponsible! Got a quote over the phone and they were supposed to go measure to install. 2 weeks have gone by and no one has gone over to measure, I have been calling the office and secretary keeps telling me he will return my call but yet to hear from them!

We live in Alpine and were squeezed in on one of their trips where they stop at multiple houses in town at once. Showed up unannounced first of all but we didnt want to miss them. They fixed the doors fine enough, but the travel fee was a surprising $300! If youre charging every house you stop at in alpine $300 for travel, that is taking advantage of a town that doesnt have other options for garage door fixing/installation. No heads up for arrival day or time and a by the way our travel fee is $300 would have been good to know min advance.
