First Physicians: Westview Medical Clinic

Dr Salcido is the worst, never send my insurance a prior Authorization, my insurance try to reach them by calling around 8 times never answer dr didn't send anything. Ladies at the front didn't let me talk to Dr. I am a diabetic person with out medicine for 1 week and they didn't care.

A few yrs ago they were absolutely horrible. I've been taking my husband there for 7 months now and haven't had any issues, actually they have been pretty amazing enough for us to drive 56 miles one way and I've switched to using them myself. Laura Salcido is very informative and will take the time to listen to your concerns she doesn't make you feel like your just another person walking in the door. All staff has been very respectful as well. Sometimes the wait can be pretty long. But when you get the good care it's worth it.

I was treated like I really mattered and they seemed to actually care about my well-being not just my money. Best hospital in west texas in my opinion

Staff isn't very nice, they are actually rude. Wish i could see my doctor without dealing with the staff
