Julie at the check in is the nicest professional that I have encountered in Odessa since 2016. She is helpful friendly and willing to let you know how much potential time you will have left to wait. She was willing to answer questions and offered suggestions with our circumstance in the most notable manner. Her communication skills are super friendly and her ability to manage large groups of people is a specialty. Thank you so much Julie for being so nice and taking a day that was super stressful and relieving so many of the discomforts and concerns within just moments of your time. Please note Julie is a real asset to your facility and your community.

Took my daughter today to be seen because she gets a lot of throat infections. Well after her visit we stopped at the Starbucks across from the lab because my daughter was wanting something cold to drink because her sore throat was burning. I was fixing to pay the cashier when all of a sudden my daughter starts vomiting and NOT one employee there that was standing behind me asked if we needed help or assistance. The Starbucks cashier girl was the only one to help me buy bringing me a trashcan while some of your lazy a Those employees standing behind just left and went back to the lab. Employees that were standing behind talking to each other should be ashamed of themselves. They do not need to be in that profession if they are just gonna turn around and walk away. This happened on 1-17-23 between 8:45 and 10. Check your cameras somewhere in between those times. I was going to go over to the lab and tell them if they are just gonna stand there and talk about what happened or get to work. Think about it what if I needed emergency assistance for example my daughter choking on her own vomit. I know nobody wants to get sick but if their gonna be that way then they need to look for another profession.

This is the building for MCH outpatient surgery and endoscopy. The staff is friendly and efficient and treats everyone respectfully. There is a Starbucks on the ground floor for family members who are awaiting and need a drink or snack. This building does provide valet parking services or you can park in the parking garage located next to this building.
