Rossy does not know how to cut short hair mine is so messed up and i paid 40 dollars and now pay someone else to fix it and it took over an hour just for mine then refused to help the lady behind me .

I would give zero stars if I could. The woman cutting my hair started out really nice but as soon as the other girl who works there got there that was it. She was too busy talking to her to pay attention to what she was doing with my hair. I had shown her the picture of what I wanted twice. It was A shoulder length cut with layers. Not anything super difficult Well That’s not what I got. My hair is Way too short to where it barely touches my shirt collar and the layers were not blended at all. Just three very choppy layers. I’m extremely unhappy with my haircut because I was charged $40 for a mess and there really isn’t a whole lot you can do to fix it because it’s so short already.

Lady was very nice (didn't get to her name). I had long thick hair so to get it shampooed, conditioned, blowdried, cut (I got layers) & styled (curled) the total was $60. I'm very happy & pleased how she did my hair (though I wished I could of kept my hair long but I had alot of dead ends) thank you for doing a great job! (They only take cash just a heads up but they do have a atm there) I attached before & after pictures the after is with curly hair
