Dac Jackson: Allstate Insurance

So sad to hear Mr. Jackson retired and sold his business to another agency by Downtown Fort Worth. He was a great agent and will be missed.

Dac Jackson is a wonderful fellow , friendly and professional . I just met him recently, because my family had been with late Doug Taylor . He looks into our account and reduced our payment drastically by changing our insurance to premium.

Dac became my agent by chance, my former office closed and he took over my policy. He is easily better than any agent I have ever worked with though! He is kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He has taken the time to review my policy with me in detail, and answered all of my questions with the utmost of professionalism. At the time of my renewal I shopped countless other companies, agents and brokers and after weeks of research I am happily staying with AllState, specifically Dac Jackson.

Dac Jackson took over at the agency I was at for years. I changed addresses and they raised my rate a comical amount, upon speaking with him there was a better priced option for the exact same coverage that he simply decided not to offer from the get go for some reason. He then proceeded to lie multiple times about attempts to call and text me after we spoke on the phone, and the only successful communication we had was through email and a phone call after I emailed. His agency even sent documents to the incorrect address. Upon attempting to clear this issue up over the phone he struggled to answer basic questions and could not keep information straight. He finally said "well why don't you just cancel and find another agent?", which is exactly what I did. I hope your experience with him is better than mine, but I would not recommend dealing with this office.
