Ott Plumbing did a great job. Tenant had called and we had a leak at the hot water heater. Steve came out and issues were resolved in the same day. Now my go to plumber in New Braunfels

We had a leak in our pipes at exterior of house. We couldn't find exact location. We called Ott but they were not able to assure us they could find the leak. So we went with a different leak detection Co. That company found leak then quoted us $1200 to fix it. My husband called Ott back. They were able to send out a plumber the next day. Since my husband dug hole himself, that saved us on some labor cost. Total charge from Ott was less than $400. Ott plumbing team was very professional and courteous. One was named William. He told my husband, we saved an hour and half time of digging. We appreciate Ott coming out asap. They were done with work in about an hour. Outstanding job.
