All the reviews on management speak for themselves. Also, theyre under new management and its still just as bad, if not worse. Hot tub STILL isnt working, just like the review left a year ago says.. Cats EVERYWHERE. They do anything and everything to get every dollar out of you. Not for me. Look elsewhere.

Im so happy I found this apartment complex. I love the 2bedroom/2bath that Im renting. It is spacious, comfortable and still in great condition. This complex has so many great community features but the highlight is the office staff. Dont tell her because it might be weird, but I already love Jennifer so much! She is kind, helpful, informative and really makes you feel welcome. Her and Torie are amazing and they make it feel more like home. Ive been blown away and I feel so grateful to be here!! In conclusion, rent here, you wont regret it!!

Lived here for a year from Nov 2021 - Nov 2022 with no issues. Office staff and management were always available either via phone or email and answered any question I had readily. Never needed to put in a maintenance request, cleaned my apartment before moving and also paid for their moving clean out in addition, was not charged for anything and full deposit was sent back to me via check. I only moved out because I took a job in Austin, but I would recommend this place to others for sure.
