UNETHICAL: DO NOT DO BUSINESS. The technician came out and spent about 5-10 minutes looking at the unit. The filter needed replacing, which was the initial diagnosis. I got a new filter, and he replaced it. He said everything was looking good, so it should work now. It didn’t last working the next day when I called again. I got the run around and had to call multiple times to try to get an update with the home warranty company. He submitted that the coil needed to be cleaned and lied that he looked at it. I was there the whole time, and he didn’t take off the plate where the coil is. He knew the warranty company wouldn’t cover it and said he could come out to clean it for $545. No. He said it was to be taken out to be cleaned which isn’t true. Service: HVAC maintenance
