So the business invited me to apply for an operations manager position which I did. Not even 30 mins later, I get a rejection email from them..seriously? Wth, these people obviously do not know what they are doing. I would avoid them at all cost.

Horrible customer service and communication between them and home depot! Will NEVER go through the process of using them with home depot. Home depot says one thing they say completely different. They have rescheduled me several times and wait until the day of the install to tell me things like oh by the way we need a plumber to disconnect your stove and refrigerator. I should file an official complain with the attorney generals office for deceiving the consume.

Do not recommend. I used Home Depot flooring to avoid issues with contractors. I figured a large company would have reliable installers. That is not the case. The workers they sent to install the vinyl flooring (the best at HD) were sloppy. Besides poor marksmanship, they cut my subfloor and now the stairs make noises when one walks on them. Because they cut the subfloor on the stairs, not even a month after installation, the stairs noses are coming off. Floor Pro came over twice, the first time the workers came screaming that it was the tenants fault that the stairs were falling apart because they walk on the stairs before the glue dried. That is a false statement. The tenants did go up the stairs to get their personal hygiene items as no one inform us that they couldn't walk on the stairs for 24 hrs. I had tenants stay at another property for one night. I know they were not there.
First time they came back to try to repair, the workers added nails to the stair nose; however, they pop out when the stair nose moves. leaving the nails expose. They literally have to walk with a hammer hitting nails down to ensure the stairs are safe for their little kids. The stairs' nose has zero support.
Two months after installation I requested a mediator to check the stairs. Mediator agreed with us and Floor Pro agreed to come back to fix the stairs. However, over three months after installation and almost a month after the inspection, the stair noses have not been fixed.
I have two other properties, one is identical to the one Floor Pro worked on. Flooring was done by another company and I do not have any problems with the floors. No one else had to cut the subfloor before installing the vinyl floors and the stair's nose is still standing.
HD is not cheap! I will never use them again on any of my properties. I rather pay a little more and get the job done right the first time. You will avoid a lot of headaches if you do the same
