These people are crooks! They have local authorities in their pocket. My family lived at one of Navasota Realty’s rental properties on FM-3090 from May 2020 to July 2021. Upon moving in, the window ac unit had been removed and the owner of the company and property, Nancy, told us the previous tenants had stolen it and that they were trash residents and she was suing them for the act. They replaced the unit. That was the ONLY time this landlord/company was of any help to us. From then on, if we had any issues they took days and sometimes weeks to get back to us and I’d often have to call, and no one had any idea what I was talking about. I was pregnant and gave birth in November, and the previously mentioned window unit was also a a heating unit, but the heat was broken. Navasota Realty sent someone out weeks after I called and collected the unit and never brought it back until March, after the winter freeze. They dropped off measly space heaters in efforts to keep me from calling. The final act of wrongfulness committed against me by this landlord was when my family moved out in July, we returned one time to collect our mail and final items, and we noticed the previously mentioned ac unit was missing. We called the office to report it missing and make sure they knew. The office girl told us she would let someone know. 4 days later as my family was battling covid, Nancy called me accusing me of stealing her unit, claiming she had an eye witness and would not let me speak, telling me she filed a report with the local police department and was withholding my security deposit until I returned the unit. Mind you, my family just moved to a location where care is actually put into the property, and I have no use for this trashy window unit. I called the sheriffs department and learned this was a lie, as it would take months to take that action. I called an attorney to learn what I could do to defend myself and they told me they could have me arrested for theft, or I could “let it go”. Navasota Reality is a crooked company that lies to withhold security deposits. Pictured below is the day my family left the property, clean and with the window unit definitely in tact.

The girls at Navasota Realty definitely deserve a round of applause! Great customer service and are always very upfront and honest about property. Miriah and Jeannie really do go the extra mile for their clients and are knowledgeable about Navasota and all surrounding areas.
