United Plumbing And Contracting

My home warranty company chose United Plumbing so I had to go with them. They were over an hour late when they came out to look at our faucet. They ordered a part and said they would reschedule when the part came in. The part came in and when I called their number, all I got was a message stating they would return my call. More than a week and several messages later, still no response. I would never suggest this business to anyone I care about or like. What a surprise, they are not BBB approved. Service: Faucet repair

This company took over a year for a simple repair and lied to me countless times in the process. The repair should take under an hour. Why they choose to lie about everything instead of just doing their job is beyond me. They're used by my home warranty, so I'm pretty sure this company is just the cheapest. I'd never call them for anything otherwise. Service: Tap installation

I had Cody Thomas from United Plumbing come and install a dishwasher I bought from Lowe's. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. He was on time, clean, knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything I needed to know. If you call these guys make sure to request HIM! Thank you so much!!!

It was a WONDERFUL experience. He showed up on time, was friendly and very professional. He installed the the new dishwasher and took our old dishwasher, which was very nice. He took his time showing me how to use dishwasher settings. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this company.

My toilet had been "fixed" three times, before Trey troubleshoot the problem and found out what was really going on and got the job done right, finally. I really appreciated him taking the time to figure out what the actual problem was and not just "jerry-rig-it" like others had. Highly highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
