        Our roadside assistance program contacted this company and the driver who showed up to help was Joseph. We were (obviously) having a VERY bad night, but we couldn't have asked for a nicer or more helpful person to come to our aid. What a great person. He truly went above and beyond and because of him, I highly recommend this company.

        Highly, highly recommend Franks Towing for your towing needs. Joseph provided excellent customer service! He was there in a heartbeat when I was stranded on the side of the highway. Went back to the shop without hesitation to get a different tow truck when my car couldnt go into neutral and had to be pulled instead, and he offered suggestions for repairs that were in my best interest and based on my circumstances. Joseph was super friendly on our way to the shop. Call them if you ever need them and you find yourself near Navasota, College Station area. Glad I did!!
