    Used them for many years and through different owners and have been satisfied. However, while performing repairs during a recent call I found a discrepancy in a bill that was several years old, I spoke on the telephone with the owner several times to try to come to a resolution. The solution offered was for me to pay for something “again” that was never installed initially. The monetary value in question is minimal compared to amount I have spent over the years for their goods and services. That point in particular is one of the reasons I was very disappointed that this issue was not resolved immediately. At times I even felt my integrity was being questioned. I suppose the lesson for me and other potential customers is to read and understand your invoice carefully before signing. Thanks for the reply. I would like to state that it was your honest technician who noticed the discrepancy and that my wife did not sign the bottom of a six year old ticket. She signed the initial invoice without inspecting the work as she was watching twin toddlers at the time and simply expected the invoice to be an honest representation of the goods and services provided, it was not. You yourself stated that the tech who performed the work was no longer with you and also said his work was not up to the standards you expect. I’m puzzled as to what difference it would make with this being an insurance claim but since you mentioned it I will say that I did not have a single issue with the numerous other service providers who helped get my home back in order after the lightning strike. I don’t see how expecting me to pay again for something I never received is “working with me”. You appear to be concerned enough with this issue that you felt the need to post a reply, perhaps you would still be willing to make this right. Please feel free to contact me if that’s the case. Update 2021 Still have not heard from the new owner concerning the issues posted above. I’ve spent thousands of dollars over the years with them and cannot imagine that his reputation and good name is worth a few hundred dollars? Oh well. There are many other reputable and honest service providers out there and I encourage all to do your research and get your money’s worth. It’s your hard earned dollars and there are people out there who will provide an honest service to feed their families. Choose wisely.

    I would give them 10 stars if I could. During an annual inspection Adam quickly identified a leak in one of my zones. What I thought was just rain/irrigation run-off turned out to be a defective valve. His crew was there the next day and fixed it. They were very professional and left my yard clean as if nothing was done. Thanks Caps Sprinkler!! Service: Irrigation system repair/maintenance
