Mustang Trails by Centex Homes- Closed

Unfortunately, due to this crazy market we're all navigating through, the availability of homes is at an all time low. One of my clients would love to own a home in the community however there isn't 1 available for a quick move in, but in case something busts out we'll be glad to pick it up and have a family find a new place to call home.

We love our new home! Everyone was quit nice and very attentive. Closing was very stressful however we have proudly been in our new home for 2 years now.

I tell you all frankly please don't go after Centex homes. I will explin my experience with Centex home. I made a contract with Centex home to buy a house at a price 243,000 doller. My closing date will be on 10/29/2021. But on 09/10/2021. Ms. Nathlyn Fisher then sales manager who signed the contract with me just left a voice message stating they cancelled my contract and they have taken my earnest money of 2000 doller. There was absolutly no reason to cancell my contract. I presented my loan approval with the permission of Ms. Nathlyn Fisher. This same lady then told me that she can sell the same house at 285,000. Then Mr. Atif Iqbal General sales manager without a phone number and an email id sent me a letter stating they cancelled my contract and stated if I have some questions contact him. How can I contact that person without his phone number or an email ID. Please don't believe these people . They are fraud and cheat people.
