Shay Fretwell and One Time Construction Texas have no business in the custom home building business. There was no attention to detail; zero communication outside of excuses and lies. Overall horrible experience that has left us with a partial home that truly needs to be torn down and rebuilt. He has no control over his subs or their quality of work and refuses to make it right. He has been given more than enough time and benefit to do the right thing and simply doesn’t care. Extremely unprofessional and downright rude. I have honestly never heard someone speak to their clients the way he spoke to us. Engage at your own risk whether it’s a large or small.
