Needs to be looked into. The favoritism with management is unbelievable. Even after complaint after complaint to upper management nothing is done. People who have been there for years have complained and nothing. They act as if this individual is irreplaceable. When its the workers getting stuff done. Even when this manager would be out the production would be great and sometimes over. SHe is not great how they think. All they do when she gets people to leave is replace them when shes the one that needs replacement they are losing a lot of great employees for 1 bad one. Was a good company but the lack of communication and them not listening to good employees makes you wonder.
