We called Pair Plumbing after having what appeared to be a broken pipe in our master bath shower. We were expecting the absolute worst. Mr. Pair and his helper arrived when promised and when they looked at it, it was diagnosed as only the connection of the shower head to the pipe in the wall. It took him about 15 minutes to solve and fix our problem and his charges were more than reasonable. Thank you Pair Plumbing. We will definitely recommend Pair Plumbing to anyone in Milam County with plumbing problems. They are great.

I called Pair Plumbing and Septic out of desperation. The other company I was using I had requested to come give me an estimate on a job
I was told I needed to have done. That same company gave me the run around, and stood me up on a scheduled appointment. I told them I'd look elsewhere. When I spoke to Pair Plumbing and Septic I was given solid information, and Bill even showed up to my house within about 90 min of my call just to have a look. Once he arrived he told me the work actually did NOT need to be done. He went a step further and even made a phone call to our county code inspector to confirm the information was correct. This gesture saved me from spending the approximately $800+ I was originally quoted for the job....a job that did not even need to be done. Furthermore, he did not charge me for coming out. I would have been ok with paying a service call fee, but he insisted "no charge." Thank you Bill for excellent customer service and honest work!! I highly recommend if you live in Milam County to call Pair Plumbing and Septic for all your work. Licensed and honest!
