Hai was such a joy to work with for our wedding! The moments he captured were priceless. He was on top of it which we really appreciate!!! We received the highlight video very quickly and then the full feature shortly after. Would recommend based off their presence at the event and the work they delivered

Hai was lovely to work with. Communication was fantastic the entire time- I never had to worry about anything with him. He is very friendly and professional, and we loved having him film the day of! We also really appreciated his super speedy turnaround time on all deliverables; we received both sneaks and the highlights video within a week, and the full feature film within 3 weeks- amazing! We are also super pleased with the quality of Hai’s work, and will cherish these videos for years to come. We highly recommend Hai to anyone looking for a wedding videographer!

We enjoyed working with Hai and his team. The communication was amazing before and after the event. They did an amazing job capturing our wedding day and we love the results. Our vendors love Hai and his team attention to detail and the fact that they captured things we had completely forgot about! We look forward to working with Hai and his team for future events we may have. Hai and his team definitely have my recommendation.

My photographers had used them to video record my wedding, however I was extremely unhappy with their work. There were a few things why I wouldn’t recommend this particular videographer. One happened to be the timing of when I received the video, the songs featured in the video were not to my liking, and the audio was not consistent throughout the full video. My actual video was received 4 months post wedding. I was told by my photographer that it would take 2 months to receive both photos and video, however that was not the case. I really tried to be understanding and give both parties more time to edit, so that they both come out beautifully, and what I expected it to be. When asked frequently about my video, I was constantly being updated that my video is getting worked on and will be delivered soon. It was fairly frustrating with the long wait, much less the final product was a huge disappointment. When I received the highlighted video, I cringed at the song, and I did not like the song choices at all. I had frequently asked one of the members of the photo crew I hired to please ask them to change the song, however nothing was changed. That began to make me nervous with the full video. My full video was awkward to watch being that the audio was in and out, and the transition of the moving camera was not smooth at times. You can see at one point where the camera was being picked up from the tripod, and it was getting adjusted. There was even a blackout where you only heard rustling of the audio, and not see what was going on, during my church ceremony. I honestly can’t believe for the amount I paid, this is the product I received. Truly sad. My experience was great during the day of the wedding and Hai was nice to work with. As far as how the videos came out, I don’t think I could recommend them. I’m even embarrassed to show other people my video. It just felt almost as if you had to be a known client to get quality work.
