        Check the BBB, these jokers are the worst. If you sign a contract with them you may as well throw it in the trash because they won't follow it. The install was done poorly, I have had to redo their poor craftsmanship. Buyer beware!

        I had a great experience with Kinetico. George provided excellent customer service and set me up with the right equipment. My water is so soft now that it voted blue. Might need to remove it.

        Ive had the worst customer service Experience. There equipment is not working properly which makes it not possible to use the system and they want to charge me over $250 dollars for a service call because there equipment isnt working .
