Cash America Pawn

Someone please tell me how I can pawn something for over $300 one time and I obviously have 100% pick up rate it's not like I'm a first-time customer but the next time I need to go pawn the same item several months later it's they can only give me $10? Not even check on my status not even check the pricing of the item I wish to pawn nothing. And if you want to try to blame staff for not knowing may I just add that it takes a manager to approve the loan... just saying.

The employee working 1/16/2021 @10am was very rude to my husband he received a courtesy call in regards to a loan that ddnt belong to him when he tried to get info about the loan because his identity was stolen she got very hostile and rude no good customers service at all needs better training

first of all, the trade values are not the best. However, MARCUS the new manager brings a hospitable atmosphere to the shop. He went above and beyond! Major asset to the company, keep up the great service Marcus

Literally the worst customer service Ive experienced. They lie and do whatever the want and very judgmental. Never again.
