Ive worked with K&L Landscaping twice before fir yard clean-up and landscaping maintenance. Yesterday they installed new crushed granite gravel (xeriscaping) in my backyard and it looks great. Contacted them to get an estimate on sod installation for my backyard. I was scheduled an appointment for 07/30 between 9:30/10am. At 10:33 I contacted them and was told that a crew lead would contact me shortly. Its now 6:14 pm and no contact whatsoever. I realize our project may not have been the most expensive one possible but we will never know. My time is valuable just like theirs. No excuses for the lack of communication.

We used K&L landscaping twice to lay sod. Great communication, showed up when they were supposed to. Completed job in a very timely manner, answered any questions we had. Cleaned up after the job. Can text them after the job with questions and they will answer and give you guidance on what to do. Would use again. Service: Landscape installations

K&L were great to work with. Their prices were competitive, communication excellent and most importantly our yard looks great!
