Found out a new $80,000 vehicle was not added to our insurance policy. When I called to get an insurance card, was made aware of it. I spoke to the acct manager & she swore she could not have made a mistake. In fact, everyone is guilty of making mistakes but apparently not this employee. I will be working on moving our insurance policy elsewhere. I do not mind someone making a mistake but to actually say “oh, no one told me bc I would’ve done it” is outrageous. They won’t close the sale of new vehicle without proof of insurance.

Good insurance per say but not the greatest place to work for. Whatever you do don’t get on the two main girls badside or they will accuse you of things you can’t imagine ever doing. Wolves in sheeps clothing. If you like brown nosing this is the company to work at. Those are the only types that can make it there. Response to the owner. ***hilarious***
