Ray was great at our first meeting. I had seen his photos and then after meeting with him felt he understood what we needed. We needed a gated converted into a sliding gate that would accommodate our 32ft. Class C. No problem. He and my husband went and purchased all the materials. He came over the next week. During the renovation my son-in-law and husband mentioned they didnt think the width would accommodate the RV. He assured it would.it looked great. But trying to drive the rv in was a huge issue. But getting it out was horrible. We tried ever angle but ended up bending the iron post, tearing up the rv, breaking cable lines etc. I texted Ray and as him to come by to see what could be done. He said he would. He didnt. My husband tried calling. After a few attempts he spoke with Ray. Said hed be by in 30 min. Still havent heard from him. Now I have rent a space for the rv. Dont pay until completely satisfied. Service: Wood fence installation

Ray with This is Built in America LLC. was absolutely fantastic to deal with! If you are looking for someone to do a simple fencing project or a complete custom build, Ray is your guy! Some of the dimensions we were working with made the sliding gate the ideal solution for the space. Everything on this build was completely custom fabricated and installed. Ray did an amazing job on not only the wood and metal work, but also keeping me in the loop of any changes or potential suggestions during the fabrication and installation process. The locking mechanism pictured below was on backorder and did not come in until after Ray had completed the gate. I contacted him as soon as it came in and he graciously spent the day installing the lock and making sure that everything worked perfectly. We are beyond pleased with the final product and hope to be able to use him on future projects. Thank you Ray!
