I was very displeased with the lab technician I called to check on lab results and a lady named brenda answered the phone with attitude as I was asking questions brenda was very rude responding. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life ! I will take my companies business elsewhere

This place is pathetic. Being that I used to work for a drug testing place, I know the professionalism that it requires to maintain one. This place is filthy, unorganized, not place to sit when they send you back to wait on them to come to you room aka toilet. And Yvette who worked the front desk was ABSOLUTELY Rude to myself and anyone else I saw here connect with. Not to mention she was shoving her face full of food and talking with her mouth full. I mean she might of well just kicked her feet up and had a tv on. It was disgusting!!!!! I have asked my employer to use another testing facility as this one did not make the cut!!!!
